• 2 small boxes of sausages "Cocktail" • 2 lettuce hearts
• 4 cooked artichoke hearts • 1 cucumber • 100g cherry tomatoes
• 100 g cooked beans • 50g of cooked peas
• For the sauce: 1 tbsp. mustard • 2 tbsp. plain yogurt
• 3 tbsp. olive oil • 2 pinchs of caster sugar
• 1 tbsp. chopped chives • Salt and pepper
Cut sausages lengthwise in half, the artichoke hearts into quarters, the cucumber into thin slices and cherry tomatoes in half.
In a plate, arrange vegetables on top of the lettuce hearts with sausages.
Mix all sauce ingredients and pour into a sauceboat.
